Carol Deckert is a Networking Coach who has been a small-business owner since 1993. Starting her business without any type of a marketing budget, Carol started attending local networking functions and learning how to build her business by word-of-mouth.

After many years being involved in face-to-face networking groups, serving on leadership teams, etc., Carol realized that many of these groups was not focused on business. Spending nearly two years researching all types of networking groups, Carol started her own face-to-face networking group, Referrals Unlimited Network (RUN). Referrals Unlimited Network focuses on educating members how to effectively build personal relationships in order to pass/receive qualified referrals.
